Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored scrambled, never readable), or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.

Brand and product materials: everything you upload or type into your product profile, such as logos, b-roll, music, end cards, disclaimers, brand guidelines, scripts and dictionaries.

Orders and ads: what you order, your schedule and settings, the scripts, images and videos we generate for you, which character you pick, and the ratings you give delivered ads.

Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We receive your plan, billing history and the last digits of your card, never the full card number.

Messages: what you send through our contact and feedback forms or by email.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs of requests, kept to run and secure the service.

• to make, deliver and store your ads;
• to run your account, tokens, subscription and billing;
• to send service emails, such as order updates, character picks and account notices;
• to answer your messages and give support;
• to keep Clarad.ai secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
• to improve Clarad.ai, for example by learning from which ads customers rate highly (across customers, in aggregated or de-identified form); and
• to meet legal obligations.

To make your ads, we send parts of your materials (for example your guidelines, product details and b-roll) to the AI providers listed below. They process it to return scripts, images and video to us.

We never add images or other files you upload to anything shared with other customers.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with providers that help us run Clarad.ai, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Railway — hosting, database and file storage;
• Resend — sending email;
• Google — Google sign-in and our support inbox;
• Anthropic — writing scripts and checking images;
• Magnific and fal.ai — generating images and video; and
• our payment provider — billing.

We also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or with a buyer if the business is sold (under this policy).

We keep your account, materials, ads and token balance while your account is open, and for at least 90 days after your subscription ends, so you can come back without starting over. After that we may delete them, except records we must keep for tax, billing or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Much of it you can also change yourself on your account page. We will reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live (for example California or another US state with a privacy law), you may have further rights under local law. We honour them, and you can use them by emailing us.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.

Clarad.ai is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Clarad Digital LLC is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there and wherever our providers operate.

We will post any update here with a new effective date, and email you about significant changes.
